בכל מקרה של בקשה לשינוי או ביטול טיסה אשר חברת התעופה גובה תשלום עבורם, אנו נפנה אל חברת התעופה ונדרוש ממנה לטובת לקוחותינו, לפנים משורת הדין ונוכח המצב לבטל את התשלום או לפחות לצמצמו ככל שניתן.

smartair לא תגבה דמי טיפול על כל ביטול או שינוי ליעדים אשר הוגדרו על ידי הרשויות כמוקדים של התפשטות נגיף הקורונה למעט דמי השינוי או הביטול אותם גובה חברת התעופה.

From March 15, 2020, to April 5, 2020, Myway Airlines will not operate flightsbetween Tbilisi-TelAviv-Tbilisi.

Customers who were concerned with this change will be able to change travel dates to flight with departure date until the end of June for free or refund their tickets fully!
